As a Program Coordinator (PC) it is important to learn and develop skills in managing and marketing programs and/or projects on all levels, therefore, we assign each PC a company program area to manage. The practice becomes an enterprise tool for leading long-term customer focus, learning, and commitments. These are critical for creating follow-through in executing daily operations to retain customers.
A Program Coordinator is someone bringing together different elements: responsible for organizing diverse parts of a program or target base into a coherent or efficient whole.
The Program Coordinator will work to build user-centered processes (set of actions) to lead workplace relationships and compliment the existing management of events. He/she play the role of facilitator to ensure that Event Managers and staff receive the resources and support they need to successfully plan and roll out assigned projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A good Program Coordinator is able to create a tool for either launching a new product/service or expand an existing one. With practice you will gain a lifelong skill of knowing how to get real-time customer feedback for any project or event and use it to get everyone involved, participating, self-motivated, learning, focused, and committed. Not for the short-term, but for the long-term through a continual process. You will be able to build customer focus which is the follow-through for customer service!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates for this position must possess the following:
- Strong Leadership abilities (must be included on resume)
- Verifiable Meeting Planner Certification
- Minimum 3 years of Meeting planning experience
- Reliable updated laptop computer
- Reliable cellular telephone
- High-speed internet access (this is a must)
- High energy and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Customer service focused and have strong communication skills
- Self starter with integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
