Consistent with our mission, PEU maintains and promotes the highest standards in the pursuit of scholarly and creative work, in the delivery of instruction, and in the promotion of professional and public service.

PEU proposes to advance the discovery of knowledge, to expand the horizons of creative expression, to promote academic excellence, and to sustain an environment supporting these pursuits by faculty and students.

PEU is committed to providing phenomenal instruction to adult students, ages 18 and over, with its initial launch in the environs of Atlanta, Georgia on the campus of Georgia Piedmont Technical College.

• PEU education provides a firm foundation in the events industry designed to encourage intellectual curiosity. This broadly based education develops students’ analytical and critical thinking, strengthens their communication skills, promotes professional and customer service based competencies and provides information literacy and technological skills that prepare students to become event industry professionals.
