Michelle serves as Director of Operations at Phenomenal Events (PE). In this capacity, she works alongside the Chief Executive Officer to ensure that every aspect of PE is running effectively and smoothly on all levels. Michelle’s background in communications, management and coaching is highly valued, as she is responsible for managing company procedures, coaching upper-level management executives, and reviewing and evaluating business procedures. Being a part of something greater than herself is something that Michelle holds as a priority, and she declares that PE affords her the opportunity to contribute in a way that is truly satisfying to her soul. Michelle is also a certified coach and dialogue facilitator, mother, wife and avid reader.
Kimberly serves as the Director of Financial Administration for Phenomenal Events. She has the eminent responsibility of providing oversight and management of all PE financial matters and activities. Kimberly’s ability to work with numbers and expertise in managing funding for a national non-profit agency makes her a perfect fit for the phenomenal team. Her psychology and behavioral health background is an additional asset demonstrated through her leadership within the company. Witnessing first hand the blood, sweat and tears that has gone into building the company and its phenomenal brand, Kimberly does not hesitate to share her level of passion, commitment and praises for the work produced by Phenomenal Events.
Tasheka serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO and takes great pride in her role of communicating with the public on behalf of Phenomenal Events. Her collegiate background in Business Administration and Marketing is an asset to the Phenomenal Events CEO and company as a whole. Tasheka upholds her passion for positive imagery through her work in outreach and advertising our phenomenal-ness. As a former client, her favorite line is “you have not experienced anything until you’ve experienced a PHENOMENAL event”. Tasheka attributes her enthusiasm and motivation for life to her husband and daughter who inspires her daily.
